Contact usINVENTRI is a discovery platform. We help buyers find products and the merchants who carry them, whether nearby or online. We surface information about merchant inventory, pricing, and location.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on INVENTRI. By using INVENTRI, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
To use certain features, you'll need to create an account as a buyer or merchant. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at discover@inventri.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
INVENTRI may automatically discover and index publicly available product information from links submitted by merchants or found through public sources (such as public Instagram pages or websites), in order to populate the discovery index and reduce manual data entry. These listings are marked as unclaimed and held in a limited state until the merchant claims, verifies, or requests removal of the listing. If you are a merchant and believe your business has been incorrectly indexed, contact us at discover@inventri.ai for prompt removal.
INVENTRI respects intellectual property rights. Merchants are solely responsible for the product photos, descriptions, and other content they upload or that is indexed from a link they submit, and must have the right to use it. We do not pre-screen merchant content for copyright issues before it appears in search results.
If you believe content on INVENTRI infringes your copyright, send a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent (contact details below) or to discover@inventri.ai with the subject line "DMCA Notice," including:
On receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the merchant who submitted it. Merchants who repeatedly infringe others' copyright will have their account suspended. Anyone who knowingly submits a materially false takedown notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Designated DMCA agent: [to be added — registration with the U.S. Copyright Office pending]. Until this is complete, send copyright notices to discover@inventri.ai, marked "DMCA Notice," and we will act on them the same way.
You agree not to:
The INVENTRI name, logo, and platform design are the property of Inventri. Merchant product content remains the property of the respective merchant. Buyers and merchants retain ownership of any content they submit, subject to the license granted to INVENTRI to operate the discovery service as described above.
INVENTRI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be fully complete or accurate at all times. We are actively improving the platform and its data quality on an ongoing basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INVENTRI and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from transactions conducted with merchants discovered through INVENTRI, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions.
Most concerns can be resolved informally — contact us first at discover@inventri.ai and we'll try to fix it directly.
If a dispute can't be resolved informally, you and INVENTRI agree that it will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. You and INVENTRI each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action — disputes must be brought individually, not combined with anyone else's claim without our and your written consent.
Arbitration will be seated in Lagos, Nigeria, conducted in English, before a single arbitrator agreed by both parties (or, absent agreement, appointed under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023). Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
This clause does not override rights that cannot be waived by contract under the law of your own country of residence — for example, many consumer-protection regimes (including EU and UK law) do not allow a business to force a consumer out of court entirely. Where that's the case for you, this clause applies only to the extent your local law permits, and your right to bring a claim in your own courts under mandatory consumer-protection law is preserved.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time as INVENTRI evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
